It is responsibility of thekedars of any religion to stop people of that rel. creating nuisance in, through or from that rel. & if they fail, the sufferer or non surfer for the benefit of society has right of defense and that includes to attack, individually or from his community to save society. Even then society remains stagnant then any human being has right to eradicate such practices or rel. to save the society.
